It works wonderfully and fast on my phone but nothing to do with Corel works on any computer, on any connection.

All I wanted to do was find out why I can't open mp4s anymore and I ran into this rediculous problem for days. I had a client I was going to make a Video for but I had to send him off to someone else.

I just decided to give up on VS. There are way too many bugs in it and I can't even get here with my computer. I'm sure it's working fine for some people but it's just not working for me. Thank you all for trying to help me. Corel should pay you all for trying to help since they leave their customers to twist in the wind without customer support. I won't be getting the upgrade because that would be asking for more aggravation. Thanks again.

There is nothing wrong with VS - it is your system and your setup that is causing your problems

Hi

Connecting to the web forum is completely separate from running the program.

If you cannot connect to the forums then there is a problem with your computer or your browsers.
I send the correct address to your private mail account, that should work, even so you should be able to google the web forum and access that way.
http://forum.corel.com/EN/index.php

I asked if you had checked your firewalls settings, did you do that?

Can you also view your Program and Features for programs called, Conduit, Babylon, Search Protect, Browser Protect, there are others that cause problems.
Or indeed any other programs that you do not recognise.

Ok, I finally connected to the forums with my computer, but I had to get hotspot service from my phone service provider. No matter what wi-fi I used, I could not access the forums.
So, thanks everybody for your help!
Just as a side note, when I was still trying wi-fi to access the forum, I also tried forum.adobe.com and it worked like a charm. I thought it might be the word forum that the wi-fi's didn't like but it just happens with corel and no other website.
