cant connect to forum on computer

I was able to get onto the forums on my phone but not on.my computer. I had this problem here a long time ago and someone told me how to fix it but I forgot how. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

If you have posted this problem before then do a search of your posts.

Are you using the latest version of Internet Explorer
Have you tried re-setting Internet Explorer

I completely reset IE and it still won't work. It won't work on chrome or FF either. All other websites open normally. I'm trying to get on the forum so I can ask why some mp4's won't open and some will. Very mysterious.

Have you checked your Firewall settings, maybe that is blocking access to the forum
Is your Firewall set to Home and not Private?

I don’t have Windows 8 so don’t know which buttons to push.

You could try Restore defaults

Otherwise set

to allow access.

As I say Windows 8 users could help here?

I don’t know about MP4 files, not enough info, are they all from the same source / camera or different types?
Maybe start a new post for the MP4 issue?

Not only can I not get on the forum on my computer but I tried someone else's and that doesn't work either. I even tried the Library WiFi and that didn't work. Then I tried the library hard wired computers and that did not work either. Can someone please give me the exact web address for the videostudio forum please so I can make sure it's the latest one?
Here is the address I'm trying to use: forum.Corel.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=59152. It's the same one I clicked on from Google, etc. I tried chrome, FF, and IE. I even tried the flush end stuff and everything I could find on the internet. PLEASE HELP!

Oh in case your wondering, I typed all this on my phone which is a pain. I can get here with my phone, just not a computer. All other websites work...just not this one.

What you show is the URL for a specific topic which does not exist. Perhaps you typed it wrong. It should read: http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?t=59152&p

DO NOT ADD ANY SPECIFIC TOPIC NUMBER - especially if it is one that does not exist

simply enter

into the URL address bar and browse to the topic

Hi Brian, I did exactly as you said and I keep getting the "this site cannot be reached"message. I'm trying 2 current laptops on different connections and 3 different browsers.
I can't understand why of all the many websites I use that this is the only site I can't connect to.
