VSX9 Ultimate full does not batch to MP4

Post by Walsa »

No option appears to convert to MP4.
after trying the free trial I purchaded the full program, everything runs great, but when I tried to batch videos, I see that i don't have the convert to "MP4" and other formats, I tried searching for answers but I see that this happens to trial versions, but I have the full program, am I missing something? what should I do? I had every other versions before and did not see this problem.

Hi Walsa

and welcome to the forums

Yes you can batch convert to mpeg4 (MP4)

1 / File – Batch Convert
2 / Add a file
3 / Save Type As - in the drop down panel I see “MPEG-4 Files {8.mp4,* ,m4v}”
4 / I then choose Options to set the conversion properties

First I only set the Compression Video Type to H.264-HIGH
Then I set the details on the General tab
Then set the Compression tab Video Data Rate, set this option last.

Sorry for responding back...
On that "Save as type" dropdowWn menu, I only get Microsoft AVI files, Ulead Image Sequence, WebM Files .webm, and Windows Media Video .wmv

I did not have this problem with Video Studio Ultimate X8, I have reinstalled X8 for now but if there's a solution to fix X9 I would really would love to install it and use it, but I use a lot of the MPG-4 formats
Thank you.

I get the same types as Trevor using VS X9 so there is nothing to fix in the program.
The problem must be with your install. Did you completely remove the trial X9 before installing the full version (including the contents)?
