So I bought Corel Studio Ultimate X8. It worked fine. After a bit of adjustments in my way of handling it. Until tech guy who was installing stuff on a brand new laptop installed it on it. Then the problem started. Having the same program on two units was not working. Got in touch with Corel to straighten the situation out which we did but after that I had terrible slow boot up, it did work but like an old horse. Today I got a popup when I wanted to export that "I have an Improper argument " and a Finish button to shot it down. This would pop up during shot down the program as well. So I figured I will uninstall the program with Corel's Cleaner to have a clean slate.
Restarted the machine started the install and when it was at the DiveX part still at the beginning it give me the image attached and no way it would not go farther to install.
That is it.
I have a Win 7 machine built for large image and video file manipulation. So I have what it needs to edit video.
Any idea?
I'm even thinking of getting the X9 but not sure if it will install and use the X8 on the laptop again if it will install
