Batch processing images with a script that calls a plugin

I've created a PSP script that uses a plugin. I'd like to batch process images with this script. The problem I've encountered is that the plugin requires clicking on the OK button before returning to PSP. Thus my script waits in the plugin until the OK button is clicked and I can't batch process a group of images unattended.

Is there any solution to this?
