Crashed for me too Bruce. I tried with X7 on Win7 Pro. Works fine with X8 though.
JoeB has Windows 8.1 and has Viveza, Color Efex and Silver Efex running on PSPX7 by using the scripts by JSJ http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=56873

Re: Nik Collection
I worry too much. I simply haven't got the time, or patience, to 'fight' with software. When PSP gives me a headache and a program such as Photoline works seamlessly I tend to move more away from PSP. Sad because I've been with PSP since ver 5. The great thing is that even moving to Photoline I can still use all my favorite PSP features by linking PSP as an external editor to Photoline. It's not as though I have thrown PSP away. It's simply a matter of having more tools in my tool box.
I dismissed the Nik give away. but having used it within Photoline I've been smitten. For those with PSP having issues and don't want to change editors then keep at it. It's worth it for the extra features.
I just have to wonder how a small company such as Photoline can get it so right and a large company such as Corel can make it so complicated.
regards

Re: Nik Collection
I particularly like the Nik HDR filter. Some of the presets are startling in their improvements on already pretty good originals. I'll be playing around more with variations but I am more than glad to have obtained these filters... and of course the asking price can't be beaten!!

Re: Nik Collection
Sorry, don' have x7, but it works in x8 and win 8.1, I have had versions in the past which did not but the use of the scripts made everything fine in x7 and other configurations. However, in x8, win 8.1, sp1 NIK works fine in 64 bits. So try the scripts.
Adverts for Corel products when you close PSP don't bother me.
