uninstall v.s.X5 paint shop pro

I have been having problems with some of my corel programs, specifically video studio Ultimate X8, but also v.s.x5 As I have the cds for video studio X5, and X5 Paint shop Pro, I decided to uninstall these programs, before reinstalling Video Studio Ultimate X8. I uninstalled video studio X5, with no problem. Paint shop ProX5, yesterday error message appdata\local\temp\1C612BC3-E9A4-4EC6-8060-CE09E23F92F6\setup. MSI file.. installation wizard encountered a problem while trying to configure your software., I tried again today to uninstall paint shop pro X5. somewhat different message installation wizard encountered a problem while trying to configure your software, could not access file different file today 0AA8B119-9074-48BC-9B2D-A44A7A970D34 System could not find path specified. also mentioned having to need administrator rights. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out, I should note, yesterday message included the setup\msi file might be corrupt. I found both files, checked the properties, it appears both files are read only. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance magoo 72
