Help! Export window changed size.

Anyone know how to get it back to the resizable one it used to be??
I use X7

Do you mean "Explorer window" rather than Export window?

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, I can't make out enough detail in your attachment, but this appears identical to what is described here - http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=58859. There is a but in earlier versions of PSP whereby it is possible to increase the size of the explorer window but not reduce it. Once the size is changed it persists in all versions of PSP. This bug was fixed in X8, perhaps in SP1.

Hi Mark,

thank you for answering.

It is the window that appears when exporting a jpg, png etc.
The window I get on import is fine, that is resizable as always.

I made a ticket with Corel, but got a wise *** remark and sadly did not receive any help at all.....
after a bit of to- and froing, it has been silent from their side for over a week now.

I am however not intent on buying a next version just to get a small bug fixed. That would be ludicrous, right?

I had a closer look at the attachment you provided. In English this would be called the Save or Save As window. There are import and export functions available under the File menu but they are quite different. I've attached a screen shot of the interface that I think you want.

Your picture shows quite a different situation than the one I experienced in that the whole interface is in a corner of the window as a whole. In the situation I described in the earlier post the whole interface had expanded as if a corner had been dragged to fill the display.

The only thing I can suggest is to try resetting X7. Save your workspace for later use; close X7; restart X7 while holding the shift key. You will be prompted if you want to reset.
