Dialogbox for Screencapturing missing

VS pro 8 ultimate on a i7-pc running windows 8.1, german version
3 Screens: 1 hd, 1 2560x1440, 1 wacom cintique 13"

Hello

I can't capture one of my screens.
Starting the screencapture dialog results in minimizing the vs-window, but doesn`t start the capturing dialog box or it is outside the screens.
After 1 or 2 seconds the vs-window apears again. No errrors or informations are displayed.

What's going wrong?

I checked the german manual but it differs a lot from the x8-version and it seems to be out-of-date.
Its talking about windows 7 and so on.

Please help.

That's annoying.

First I bought X8 pro ultimate and a few days later x9 came around.
And now, one of my planned main functions (tutorials for corel painter) will not be possible.

That's realy annoying.

Do You know, something about the correction of that bug?
