Stop Corel Guide in Windows 10

Corel Guide "Whats' s new" is driving me crazy. I have read it a 100 times and don' t want to see it again.
How can i stop it ? I did it in Windows 8 but now in Windows 10 i can not find the folder Message.
Message Preferences in "Whats' s new"not checked.
