Hi can anyone help me with this one?
Currently in a video project on Corel X7 and every so often the program wants to close and stops responding, which is really annoying.
Any ideas of a fix for this one please?

Can you confirm that you have applied the hotfix that Corel produced to fix the problems associated with recent Windows 7 updates: http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 31#p321131 By the sound of it, you have since for most people, VS simply refused to work at all following those updates. But it would be a useful starting point to know whether you have a variant of this problem...

Yes the Hot fix I downloaded and installed so there is no issues starting the program.

OK. Now does this happen with any type of project, or ones with only certain types of video in them? What are the formats you use? What are you trying to produce? Do the crashes occur after applying certain filters?
I also note your hard drive (C:\??) is only 128 GB. I assume that is probably an SSD and that you have other (internal/external??) hard drives... Is your VS working folder on the 128 GB drive or on another? Sometimes, when a project is a large one and the C:\ is filling up, there is not sufficient room for VS to make temporary files etc, and this can causes crashes...
