Not able to Open image with photoimpact x3?

I have photoimpact x3 and i am unable to open some of the images and unable to drag the images also.

I have not had PI on my computers for many years. But for people to answer your question, you will need to provide more information. Does your problem affect any specific type of image e.g. TIFF, PNG, JPEG? Or does it happen regardless of the image? Did this problem only just start?

The error message that i got is “No Preview available”

Hi Techinfo, can you please state step by step what you are trying to achieve. If it's dragging an image off your PC into PIX3 I can do this without any problem at all. If you can't move the image around within PI, check in Window how you have it set to see images. Change to Cascade or Tile Vertically, the image will be moveable then.
