It looks like you are trying to save a layer with nothing on it. The three balloons are on the bottom layer!

Your balloons need to be placed on a transparent layer only. No background layer should be visible.
Once you have the three balloons lined up; you are best using the grid for this so they are spaced correctly. Crop then save as a tube.
Your save will be 3 across and 1 down = 3 balloons.

G'day Maureen,
Thank you for your help. I cannot remember if it was you that I told I might find it difficult doing the Workshop as I have so much to do.
I have spent hours on the computer when I should be outside.
I have just sent this message to Leenie as I must get back into my normal work routine.
G'day Leenie,
I am getting so frustrated with this project 3. I have spent so much more of my time than I should. I have neglected so many of the things I should be doing outside.
Would it be possible to be able to continue doing the workshop at my own pace? I find it difficult to meet the one week dead line.
I do not really want to give it away but I cannot afford to spend so much time on the computer.
Cheers Perry

G'day Maureen,
This was Leenie's reply so I am going to carry on.

Perry, that isn't possible. Our reason is that if you don't keep using PSP you lose what you have learned. But I am concerned with why you are having such a hard time with this one. What happened with the tube I sent you?
