Floating crop toolbar disappears (PSP X4)
Starting a few weeks ago, when I select the crop tool, sometimes the crop toolbar appears, sometimes not. Please see attachment. Yes I have it checked in Gen'l preferences, transparency/shading. It's quite annoying. Any suggestions welcome.

Tap on the image where you have cropped and the tool should reappear.

If you are attempting to crop a small image sometimes the crop tool bar is too large to fit the dimensions of the image window in Windowed mode. Does it reappear when you scale the image larger using the mouse scroll wheel or use Tabbed documents?
If it does not appear on the larger image area you can try resetting the Crop tool to default using the Presets drop down and second icon down on the right Reset to Default.
