Hi,
I have been using version x6 with no problems until two weeks ago when it would no longer load. I tried removing recent windows updates from my computer according to advice on the forum with no luck. Decided to reinstall and found that it is no longer possible to download the program.
I have downloaded the trial of x9 (using Windows 7) but the image quality is choppy and lagging. The clips are mp4 files 640 x 480 and they each play fine as a clip but when I play the project mode it is choppy. Never had this problem with x6. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The trial versions of X9 (and X8) are severely crippled with many of the normal useful features disabled or missing.
Why do you need to download X6 again? Did you not make a copy of the install package? Or do you equate download to install?
