Non corectly uninstall VideoStudio X9 v19.1.0.10
Please help me! I uninstalled it and I want to install but after release setup nothing happens

What did you install - the full version or the trial - did it install properly and did you have it working correctly for a while
How did you un-install it and why - what process did you use were there any messages during un-install
What are you now trying to install - the trial or purchased version
if the purchased edition are you trying to install from disc or from a downloaded file - I presume 'release setup' means run the setup.exe file
