I got VideoStudio Ultimate 8, how to install?

i have the free-trial still installed on my computer but it expired. do i have to do anything regarding that? like do i have to fully uninstall that?

Definitely. The trial version was severely crippled by Corel. So uninstall it and download from the link that you should have been given when you purchased the full version.

I'm confused. I bought the package from best buy and it gave me two cd's. Do I install it using the CD's or is there a download link? They gave me serial numbers.

Previously, when i bought a disk version, i installed from the disk and i downloaded the latest service pack available and update it. It always worked as expected.

I am going to lock this thread to prevent further confusion. The other thread I mentioned makes it clear his laptop computer does not have a DVD drive in it, so he cannot use his discs to install it.
