Hi Glenn
A lot going on here….
Auto Music not playing seems very strange, I don’t know why that should be.
I had assumed that the sound did not play after rendering, but if it’s a problem with project playback then the Smart Render option is not going to help.
This problem needs a little bit more brain power, I don’t have X9 installed at the moment so cannot run through Auto Music, but it is a little different to earlier versions X7 with Smart Sound.
Can you explain when it happens, is it on your pc only, the one that was used to edit the Auto Music, or on another pc, if you are sharing projects with your students?
OK
Standard Content installation completes the program by adding a variety of clips and templates to the libraries.
The easiest is to view the Graphics Library, the flower icon, there should be approx. 25 CP entries, 25 Backgrounds etc.
If you see about 4 entries in each then Standard Content has not been installed.
Do More Downloads, Instant Projects templates are saved to the VSPTemplate folder
I see about 26 folders, each being a template. Most are from the Graffiti gallery, view Instant Projects library.
I have not installed any from the Do More Downloads, there are a lot available, How many folders does you see?
Instant Projects Library there are about 8 categories, with additional ones being added when downloading templates.
Beginning, Middle, Ending, Complete, Custom, Instant Projects, General and graffiti are standard, any others HD, HDMI have been created by downloading templates from Do More.
