PSP X6 Will NOT recognise DDS Plugin WHY?

I recently had to reset Win10 and re-install PSP X6 64bit. I used to do a lot of texture file creations and alterations for Train Sim 2016 and involved DDS texture files. The DDS plugin used to work before. I have installed the plugin dds64.8bi to the Plugins/EN/File Formats. I know that this type of plugin used to show DDS files in the normal open and save file list. But now there is NO DDS file type in the lists. Now the plugin does NOT work? This is SO frustrating! Can some one PLEASE help and advise.

Problem solved. I re-installed Corel PSP X6 both 32 and 64bit versions. Installed the correct DDS plugins, and now both versions show the DDS file in open/save file lists. Why it did not work before is a mystery?
