Dual layer DVDs need alternate program

Post by sgraham »

Hi Folks - As Ken pointed out in this post http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... er#p311177 ".... frankly, few of us here have had any success burning dual layer discs with Video Studio (any version)."

My vendor I used to use to make the DVDs would take my mp4 files in True HD and burn them to a dual layer DVD at 1920 x 1080 but they will no longer be available to help me so I have to do it myself. Can anyone recommend a program that can do this reliably?

Can you not ask them what programmes they used if they had good reliability?

I have burned data dvd in dual layer a couple of time (using ahead nero or imgburn i think) and made nothing special to make my data files to be readable...
