I saved my clip/music project, about 7 minutes long, in an .iso file. Is there a way to share it in an email message?

Hi
I assume you mean an ISO created in the burner module, you may have to Zip that file to transfer.
The file may be too big to e-mail depending on your e-mail limit, maybe 20Mb ish.
So how big is the file in Mb
You may be best uploading to a sharing site, Microsoft One Drive works well.
Upload the file then provide the recipient with a link so they can download.
The ISO can be played using VCL Media Player
