When attempting to do an autopan and zoom the program shuts down. There is a pop-up with some info but it disappears too quickly for me to get any information about the problem. I have installed all the patches. Tech support says they can't help me because they don't support X5 any longer. Can someone there help?
I am on Windows 8.1

Do one photo only. Add pan&zoom, play the photo. Does it crash?

Only if I do it manually will it not crash. If I do autopan and zoom even on one photo the program will crash.
