Communication with Canon Pro100 printer

Post by Evilbite »

I have a Canon Pro100 photo printer and every piece of applicable software on my computer communicates directly with the printer except for The Corel Paintshop. Also it seems to be impossible to resize any pictures to standard photo print sizes. I have viewed every available tutorial and still am unable to size to standard photo print sizes.

Strange. Do other printers show up in the printer list when you select Print or File/Print layout? I don't have a Canon printer but in my case all printers available in the system are listed in PSP in the print functions. Also other paper sizes are available and I most often use Print layout to get what I want.

Try resetting PSP by holding the shift key while starting the program. Another recent post provides a link that gives many options for resetting the program. Save your workspace before resetting.
