hello today i create a mpeg2 file but the frame rate in slowly scenes (in TV) is not smooth.if i say right it stuck.i choose mpe2 1920x1080 25 p 25 mbps.
1)is it possible this happened because wrong frame rates?
2)can i change the frame rate before clik ''start''?which is the ideal frame rate for hD MPEG2 files?
3)also i have a video converter and i make a second file in TS format.but when i try to import in corel VSX7 the program crashes.it is not acceptable the TS format?
