- Corel programs: VS 2018, VS 2019, VS 2020
- Location: USA
SSd Installation
I installed VSX8 on a external Samsung SSD drive and I get an error message: see attached. There is no other user running the program. Any ideas on how to fix it would be appreciated? Using Windows 7 , 64 bit Sandy Bridge computer.

Have you uninstalled and hidden the two rogue windows 7 updates
have you checked in Windows task manager that there really is another version running and if there is can you 'end task'

KB3126587 and KB3126593 was the problem. Can you give me the link for the VSX8 patch2?
