discovery center doesn't work

hello today i reinstall VSX7 in my new laptop with windows 10.i run program,appears a windows ''call me to register my product''( as always) after registering i close windows.after a few minutes i clik the icon of discovery center in right corner but the window doesn't appear correctly.any help please?

This may sound silly if you don't use Internet Explorer, but it works, regardless of the internet browser you use. You have to go to Control Panel > Internet Options and choose the Advanced tab. Down at the bottom you will see a Reset button with the words "Resets Internet Explorer's settings to their default condition". Click that button. Back in Video Studio, next time you open the Discovery Center and click to register, that blank page should now appear confirming that you have registered and allow you to go on with Do More etc.

ken i mean is not work with right clik from the program.when i open my browser the page of discovery center appears correctly.any other help?
