Boris for VideoStudio X9

Post by wtrieu76hk »

Hi,

I am the VideoStudio Pro X7 Ultimate User, I have seen the Boris Graffiti has been enhanced to v7 in X9U,
http://www.videostudiopro.com/docs/prod ... son-en.pdf

but I cannot find the v7 info from Boris Fx, it is still v6. May I know more about the difference among them?
Or the Graffiti v7 bundled with VSP X9U is similar to BBC Title StudioBoris in BBC10?

No Graffiti7 is not BCC10.

I had the same problem. For some reason, the installer for VideoStudio9 didn't install Boris Graffiti 7 - it just imported Graffiti 6 from X8. I pondered for awhile, then went looking in the VideoStudio X9 install files folder (I purchased the download version), found the Boris Graffiti 7 installer, ran it and now it shows up in X9.

If you do this, during the installation it may ask if you want to view the activation--click "No" or "Cancel"--can't remember exactly what it said. The Boris 7 installer is in VideoStudioX9--64bit--BonusFeatures--PluginsX64--Boris--Setup--GraffitiCorelX9x64. Once installed and after rebooting, you should see Boris Graffiti 7 under the FX choices. :D

I had the same situation. When I installed X9, there was no Boris at all showing. So I installed it manually, as you did, and it worked fine. That business about activation was in fact just a screen containing all the relevant info needed to install it successfully, including a serial number. I guess that when Boris installs properly as part of the overall package, you don't get to see that page. But it all works, so that is the main thing.
