Select tool and screen update issue

Sometimes when i do the lasso tool, and copy and paste ctrl-e and try to place the floating piece to correct place,
really bad problem raises, the screen wont update and i cannot see where to put the piece!

cannot reproduce it right now


psp x8, 18.1.0.67 x64
On win 7 64bit, with 16gb ram and core i5-4670Kor something like that proceccor
Geforce gtx760, dx 11.0, driver 332.21
