Corel VideoStudio X7 Ultimate doesn't start

I am using Corel VideoStudio X7 Ultimate one year now and I was quite happy. Suddenly - since yesterday - I can not start X7 any more. Error Code when double clicking the desktop icon: "Someone else has already started the software on this computer" (in German).

My System:
- Windows 7 Professional 64bit
- Corel VideoStudio X7 Ultimate installed (buyed as CD-Version about one year ago)

What I tried to do:
- right mouse click on desktop icon "run software as administrator" --> no results
- tried to start VStudio.exe directly from installation folder (as admin/normal user) --> no results
- deinstalled VideoStudio X7, cleaned registry and reinstalled X7 from CD --> no results
- I contacted the Corel support 12 hours ago --> got confirmation mail, but not any help

As I need urgently the software for making a video a school project, can someone help?

A windows update on the 9th caused this problem

Uninstall updates

In Control Panel, Programs and Features, click View Installed Updates.
- Remove KB3126587 and/or KB3126593
- Do NOT reboot.
- Run Check for Updates again.
- Hide updates KB3126587 and/or KB3126593.
