Add boundscript to tool options bar?

Post by JoeB »

I wanted to add a boundscript to the Selections tool options bar and was unable to do so. Does anyone know if it is possible to customize that bar?

No you cannot.

The tool options bar is not a toolbar. It's a palette. Only toolbars can get commands added to them. Some palettes like the Layers palette have built in toolbars that you can add to but in general palettes cannot have commands added to them.

Thanks. I was afraid of that but had been wondering because I have added stuff to the layers palette. I hadn't realized that I was adding them to the toolbars built into the palette.
