x5 will not launch

x5 will not launch
I've been using x5 for a while now but today when I went to use it, it wouldn't launch. I tried restarting my system, uninstall/reinstall, check for video driver updates and still no luck. When I click on it I get the little loading circle for a few seconds and then nothing. It's the only program I seem to be having trouble with. Everything else (even Paintshop) works. Any tips?

Caused by Windows Update, you need to remove some updates refer,
