VideoStudio Pro X8 mp4 crash software

mp4 video files created by using the Panasonic FZ1000 crash the program.

Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: vstudio.exe, Version: 18.4.0.27, Zeitstempel: 0x5654094d
Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: ulmp4lib.dll, Version: 2.0.9.156, Zeitstempel: 0x562475cb

It renders sometimes exactly 1 x on a SSD hard drive. It is a random error that increases with frequency of the experiment.


All patches on it, and about 2 week Contact to the Corel support. Example files were received and now comes the ultimate answer from Corel:

Dear Mr Andreas Müller
Thank you for your contact Corel Customer Service.
These files are not supported by the program.
It would be recommended with the camera MTS create files instead of MP4 files.

Diese Dateien werden leider vom Programm nicht unterstützt.
Es wäre empfohlen mit der Kamera MTS Dateien anstatt MP4 Dateien zu erstellen.
