Hi

I don't understand why you cannot see 4096 x 2160 options at 50p / 60p

Can you try this...........

Start a new project.

1 / if you add one of your 4096 x 2160 video files to the timeline, X9 should ask to match the project properties, view details, the right hand panel shows the video properties.
Works for most compatible video types, if it works...

2 / Go to Share - top left for Same as Project Properties

3 / Also from Share MPEG-4 view the profile list, are you saying 4096 x 2160 is not listed.

the image below is from a Pal installation so shows 50p, for ntsc should show 60p

Hi OGITH

50p is Pal standards whereas 60p is NTSC, the option can be changed via preferences ( F6) TV System.

I suppose you could try resetting the program by re-naming the 19.0 folder
That will create a new folder when launching the program.
How….
http://lata.me.uk/corel/reset/reset.htm
It will also reset the library so you may wish to export the library as a backup.

And if that does not improve things try a re-install.
I would do it manually rather than using the web installer via the 64bit\Ultimate folder, double click Set_up.exe

hi !

Altough our below conversation and my full efforts to run the progamme , the result was not succesfull.
That's why , I uninstalled it and re-installed it again as a last option.
(of course the patches , as well)
It did work and I almost finished a new project with my Corel VS X8 Ultimate.
Today , I faced a very strange problem that when I click "SHARE" option no menü appears and a warning message says "encountered an improper argument" !!???
So , I tried to create a disc and using menü >Tools>Create disc>DVD , and I did it.
As I want to use "SHARE" menü and create a MP4 file as I did it several times before , how I can solve this problem ?

I do not know what else to suggest.

If you have reset the program by re-naming the 18.0 folder and installed the Service Packs and Hotfix the next option is to try a re-installation.

The only other cause could be a virus or malware on your pc.

Do you have any software showing in Program and Features similar to Browser Protect, Browser conduit, Search Protect etc most will affect your pc function.

Is your PC upto date with all windows updates?

As I say not sure what else to suggest?

Hi

Can you please read this post and my reply, sorry if its not what you needed to hear, but a few recent posts, Do a search of the forum.
Maybe comparing installations may find the culprit.

Hi,
I did reset the program to its factory default.
Firstly I exported the library , and then renamed the folder “18” as “18_copy”.
Later , I imported the library back.
It worked :)
Thanks and rgds,

After problem with GIF and SWF on my main computer following Windows Update Sept 14, 2016 (see http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=60296), I've had problem on my second computer.

This time, 16 updates for Windows 7 64 bit. VideoStudio Ultimate X4, X5 and X6 wouldn't start. I uninstalled KB3175024 and KB3172605. All three are now working and no problem with SWF.
