Jumping to a selected layer in the Layer Palette

When there are several layers with a scroll bar in the Layer Palette, is there a way to "jump to" a selected layer in the Layer Palette? If I select the layer it will highlight the layer in the Layer Palette, but it won't scroll to where the layer is in the Layer Palette. Thank you!
