PhotoImpact X3 reinstall doesn't work

First, I have used PhotoImpact FOREVER. I love it. It was working just fine on my Windows 10 computer, but I had to reinstall Windows 10 and when I tried to reinstall it, it gives me an error (image attached).

The trial version works perfectly until I try to enter the code then it errors out.

Is this from downloading a trial version instead of the full version? Is there a link I can download the full version since I paid for it?

Also, I'm afraid that I have forever lost all of the materials, etc.

Help anyone?

Why are you using a trial version if you already have PIX3? Can't you just install the .exe you already have?
The serial you have will not work with a trial version only the version you purchased.
