I started with ulead and upgraded along the way. I now have x8 on one pc and x6 on another.
I can not find my filters or any filters on the x8 install on windows 10.
I have instant project, title, graphic, and transition on the left side of the library. I can not find any FX or filters. They were there a month ago but I tried every button and setting and I can not access the filters. There is no way to scroll the menu on the left. Or I cannot make it move.

Go to Users\yourname\Appdata\Roaming\Ulead Systems\CorelVideoStudioPro(x64), rename the 18.0 folder to 18.0 old then relaunch VSX8, this will rebuild the library and should reinstate your fx filters
