Recent materials problem.

When you right click on foreground color or background color it will show recent materials. Why are specific shades of white to black no longer shown? How can I get this back? Can someone explain to me why it was removed? When you're trying to match colors it only makes finding that same color again tedious. I cannot fathom the reason behind this. Surely there is a setting I'm missing.

I'm attaching a sample which demonstrates my problem. I just typed in the letters you can see in the image (in particular the Wes). I then clicked to default colors and used a couple of others. When I went to return back to the text color, it is gone. This worked fine in X4 and below. I'm attaching a sample of what I mean.

I really hope there is a fix for this. Thanks for any help!

Maybe I'm not understanding your question. The default colors are there in your screenshot where they've always been. They're in the middle between your recent colors and the foreground and background swatches.

I think the problem you are asking about is that colours that you use are not being added to the Recently Used set of colours. I encountered the same problem with X8 a few weeks ago and the solution was to reset the program; open X8 while holding the shift key and follow the prompts.

Okay, I'll give this a try. I'm not using it much right now, but will post back after I know one way or another. It may be a week or so. Thanks!
