Hi Stelios

There is a problem with X8 for some users, this is associated with SP3.
I think affected by 32 bit v 64bit + different Windows versions make it difficult to identify.
I can run 64bit without problems, 32 bit gives me problems, crashing for no apparent reason?

Corel are aware of problems with the program and are working on a fix, seems to be taking them a while though?????????????

There was a problem with Windows 10 and a Windows Flash update, but that seems to have been fixed a few weeks ago with a new update being rolled out.

You could try re-installing X8 without SP3, but SP3 may be required when using Windows 10, catch 22 I suppose.

Can you provide more details as to when the crashes occur?

Thanks Trevor for your reply. Apparently it crashes for no reason and in no particular stage.
I run 64bit windows 10. On my other PC that I run windows 7 64bit and with SP3 I do not have this problem.
We will wait then for the SP4.

Thanks

Hi Stelios

Check Windows 10 updates for any outstanding Flash updates.
Also check Adobe Reader for updates?
Not sure where that came into the equation, just something in the back of my mind?
