I recently installed that 3 pack update, right after that whenever i load videostudio it crashes as soon as its done loading. I have contacted corel and they apparently don't know what a reply button is for. i refuse to pay $19 for a service that should be free. anybody know what i can do to fix the problem?

A number of other users have suffered the same thing, though not all, so it's a bit of a mystery. Corel say they are working on a fix, but that has been for a couple of weeks now and they still haven't produced anything.
All I can suggest in the meantime is to uninstall the program, then reinstall it from your original downloaded files, but this time don't update with SP3. I suggest you use your original files since the current download version available on the Corel server already has SP3 incorporated in it.
