Red cast in edit / preview mode

Post by Fabi »

Hello everyone,

I just bought PaintShop Pro X8 today. Every picture got an slightly red cast in the edit/preview mode. I've testet it with JPG, BMP and PNG Files.
The latest graphics drivers are installed and a reinstalling of Paintshop Pro didn't solve the problem. I am using Windows 10 64bit.
Two screenshots for better understanding my problem. Thanks for help!

Kind regards

Fabi

Colour management has been broken for a long long time. It shows how serious Corel is if something as basic, and critical, as colour has never been addressed. Any newbie using PSP for the first time will naturally leave colour management on. (Unless you know otherwise why would you change it?). Then every, every file they work on will have the wrong colour. Sooner or later the newbies figures out the broken colour management or walks away from PSP. I suspect a good proportion walk away.

Hello Corel. Anyone home? Colour is the name of the game here.
