Sorry, I meant to say it shows it's running in the task manager, not the task bar.

You would be a very lucky person to have PSP X2 working under Windows 10.
Corel doesn't support any version under X4 anymore, but I know of people who do get X2 working.
To want to use PSP 9 working under Window 10, is pushing your luck too far, I would think.
