smart package crashes VS 8.5

Hi, I'm unable to open a smart package on my laptop. I created a series of smart packages on the pc, saved to pen drive, and all but one will open on the laptop. In fact, it crashes the program. I've tried recreating the smart package several times on the pc, but no luck. Would anyone know how to troubleshoot this? Attached is a screenshot of the smart package folder and files, just in case.

Do the ones that do play also contain any shockwave flash objects

Hi. Yes, they do. I suppose I could try modifying the original project to see if eliminating something will solve the problem.

Not them then - I started with them because some PC's can react to shockwave

maybe the only way is to remove items one at a time until you locate the offending item

Brian, your question gave me an idea. I went into the original project file and looked again at the .swf files to see if there were any differences from the other projects which produced working smart packages. The only difference I had was that I set up some random transitions from a .png image file to the .swf files. I removed the transitions and created the new smart package and it worked. I then went back into the original project, put back the transitions choosing only one style of transition (not random), and the new smart package worked. A glitch maybe? Maybe something to do with random transitions? Thanks again for the help. As always, much appreciated. Maybe this issue will pop up again somewhere and get put on the Corel radar.
