Warp Mesh Question
Is there a hotkey to constrain the vertical mesh lines? When I click/drag a node, I need the lines to stay absolutely vertical, and it's extremely difficult to see if the line is broken and adjust while dragging. Thanks.

Re: Warp Mesh Question
Hold the Shift key if you want to move a line
and hold the Ctrl Key of you want to bend a line.

Re: Warp Mesh Question
Thanks Joëlle, but Shift is supposed to move the entire row or column, while Ctrl is supposed to deform the row or column into a smooth curve. I want to constrain a node's line horizontally (keep it from bending at all) as I drag it. I've uploaded an example of what I mean.Joelle wrote:Hold the Shift key if you want to move a line

(My bad, I wrote "vertically" in my original post, I suffer from directional dyslexia.)

Re: Warp Mesh Question
Hold on, I figured out a way to do this. When I initially click on the node, I need to glance down at the bottom of the screen to where my cursor's x and y coordinates are displayed. As I drag to the right, I simply need to keep the y coordinate at the same number. Simple, but not intuitive.

Re: Warp Mesh Question
If you use a guide, it can at least help you visually, even if the nodes won't snap to the guide.
