Many people find that it works perfectly well under Win 10. I have it on my Win 10 computers, and certainly it works, though I have to add that I use version X8.5. I keep X7 for test purposes when questions about it come up here.

Note that Corel itself has not pronounced on the matter, though I should say that when X8 was first issued, they soon indicated that it might not be fully compliant with all aspects of Win 10. They subsequently issued an update which they said brought it into full compliance. But nothing was issued for X7, and given past practice, you should not expect them to.

My Windows 10 is also working as well:
It is Windows 10 Home running on a Toshiba Satellite Pro M300. It has an Intel core Duo 2.2Ghz processors
Under Device manager it says I have a Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family under Display Adaptors.
I am running AVG free, Zone Alarm free.
Now other people with different systems have problems see the post on the X8 Service Pack 1 but I have had no problems so far apart from the reported items over the years that have been recognized as bugs eg the extra space in text for versions X4- X6

I have found that all my versions of PSP work for at least the basics on Windows 10.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867
