I've been successfully running X7 since August with no problems at all and I am a heavy user.
Yesterday after a restart it stopped working.
Whenever I attempt to start the program it stops at about the Loading Palettes mark and gives me the generic, vague and wildly frustrating error message "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly."
I am (unfortunately) running Windows 10 on a new-ish HP Envy.'
I'm afraid I'm not a computer whiz so I'm being honest that I'm sort of nervous about posting here for fear of not understanding how to do something I should be doing...so I'm humbly seeking some help
Thank you in advance for any direction you might be able to provide. I've contacted Corel but haven't heard back yet.
