Video Studio errors.

I keep getting "Convert step got some problems" code 257:0:0

I looked at the windows error logs and found these 2 errors:

I am at a loss as to what to do. I have uninstalled Visual Studio, shutdown, and reinstalled along with all update from Corel. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Cn anyone quide me here?

I'm sure we can help you but you need to provide more information. First, what steps led to this error: namely, what files did you insert in the timeline, what editing have you done, etc. the more you post about what VS was doing when this error happened the better we can help.

Please give the types of video and photo files you are inserting into the project, what filters/transitions, etc you have added. Again, while you have given lots of information, we'd need the details before this problem occurred.

The reality is that we need that information that Al has requested. None of us here works for Corel. We are just users like you who volunteer our time to help other users. But none of us have any idea what those detailed error reports mean.
