Error code DVD+R-spti-2a-02-04-91-c2

I keep getting this error code at the end of the burn on a DVD. I have tried several brands of disk and that hasn't helped. The disk seem to have data written to them, and the error code pops up just as the disk is ejected at the end of the burn. Any patches that I can down load that will fix this problem?
The burner is an HP DVD Writer 200j, and I am running VS7. My computer is also an HP.

Most of the time burning problems are caused by software conflicts, specifically DLA (Drive Letter Access / Packet Writing) software such as Nero InCD or Roxio Drag-To-Disk.
