Moving image file locations

I am wanting to relocate a whole bunch of folders of images from one hard drive to another.
Is there a way of doing this and still retaining star ratings and edits I have applied in AfterShot Pro 2?

I can't even work out how to move a single image from one folder to another within the "File System" view. My apologies in advance if I have missed something obvious.

I currently have version 2.3.0.99 x64 installed on Windows 10 OS.

***Edit*** So I posted this a week ago and no answers so far. I thought a software application which is supposed to manage my photos would have a simple answer for this problem. Is my question not clear, is there no way of moving files or is it a really stupid question? I see other people are complaining about losing the "drag and drop" function. Is this what I am missing also?
