MF4 can't "see" VGA-card

When I go to "Add Media" in "MF4" my program can't "see" or "find" my VGA card. My VGA card should appear in "Source" but it don't.

"MF4" can't "see" or "find" my VGA - why?

My VGA card is a PCI-E model (ATI Radeon x800xl 256Mb)
Yes, I have installed the WDM plug-in/driver.

Please help.......
