I have been running VS since version 4. I was running VS 7 Pro and had a computer implosion.
The Corel site gives me a serial ending in XXXXXXX for my account. When I try to reinstall VS 7 pro and enter that serial, it is not accepted.
Anyone have any advice..........?
Will it help to contact Corel support ?

Did you register X7? If so, log into your account at corel.com and your serial number should be listed beside the registered product.
